PERSONAL BIO: I believe that the Client/Customer comes first and listening to their needs and desires is the key to a satisfying experience for all parties involved. My job is to help you whether you are selling a home or purchasing a home, making the process efficient, stress-free and successful. I was licensed from 1973 – 1986. During this time I worked as an agent specializing in corporate relocation, working with builders, buyers and sellers. I had my own office in Sedona for 2 years. I achieved my CRB (Certified Residential Broker) designation from the National Association of REALTORS®. I received the coveted REALTOR® of the Year Award from the Mesa-Chandler-Tempe Board of REALTORS®, now known as the Southeast Valley Association of REALTORS®. In 1986 I moved with my husband to Tacoma, WA. During my time in Tacoma I worked as a Financing Specialist with one of the local banks setting a record with the bank for the highest dollar volume closed in one month, working with both REALTORS® and Contractors. I was recognized by the Tacoma Pierce County Board of REALTORS®, receiving the Affiliate of the Year Award. Returning back to the Valley, I worked in Association Management until my husband and I moved in 1994 to Kailua-Kona, HI. While in Kona I worked with Prudential West Hawaii Realty as their Office Manager for 4 years. After the death of my husband, I once again earned my real estate license. Working for the same office to develop and manage their property management division, working with both buyers and sellers. I was once again recognized by the local Board of REALTORS® receiving the REALTOR® Associate of the Year Award. In July of 2000 I returned back to the Valley and once again obtained my AZ Real Estate License and choose Prudential American Real Estate to continue my real estate career. My primary market area is the Scottsdale and North Phoenix, Cave Creek, Carefree. However, I am able to work the entire Valley. I look forward to helping you achieve your real estate goals.
